October 15th, London
Ruth Steinholtz will be joining the ACi Whistleblowing Investigations Forum 2026 on 15 October in London, bringing her experience in organisational culture, ethics and values-based approaches to compliance to a day of practical discussion around whistleblowing and investigations.
Hosted by Eversheds Sutherland, the Forum brings together professionals working across investigations, legal, ethics and compliance, HR, governance and risk to examine some of the difficult questions organisations face when concerns are raised.
The programme moves beyond legal principles alone to consider the realities of managing whistleblowing cases: from investigation planning, interviewing and decision-making to employment tribunal scrutiny, reputational risk and organisational accountability.
Ruth will take part in the closing roundtable:
The Bias Factor: Challenging Assumptions in Whistleblowing Investigations
The session will consider the role of bias and assumptions within whistleblowing investigations, an important dimension of ensuring that organisational processes are not only robust, but capable of producing fair and effective outcomes.
The roundtable will be moderated by Simran Bharaj of ACi, with Ruth joined by Julia Neal, Partner at Eversheds Sutherland.
Thursday 15 October 2026
